At 9:27 AM we were dispatched to assist Alton on Ann Lee Drive with a possible odor of gas. Turn the scene over to RG&E when they arrived. We had 4 members at the call. Were back in service at 10:06 AM
At 1:03 AM we were dispatched to assist Sodus Point with a 1 car Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) rollover on Route14. There was one person injured and taken hospital. We had 2 Chiefs, and 8 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 1:15 AM.
At 8:36 AM Fire Control dispatched us for a tree down blocking traffic on Ridge Road. The tree was removed for traffic to resume. We had our Chief and 6 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 10:40 AM.
At 2:48 PM were called out for a possible electrical fire. The caller stated they could smell electric burning and the smoke alarm was activated. There was a problem with an outlet and advised not use until it was repaired. We had our 2 Chiefs and 10 firefighters at the scene. We were back in service at 3:09 PM.
At 4:20 PM we were dispatched via AMA (Automatic Mutual Aide) to Alton for a motor vehicle accident (MVA) at Route 104 where 2 vehicles collided. There were 2 people injured and taken to hospital. We had 3 Chiefs and 11 firefighters who made the response. We were back in service at 4:55 PM.
At 8:14 PM E Williamson request us to standby at their hall while they were working a MVA on Route 104. We had our 2nd Assistant Chief and 7 firefighters who made the response. We were back in service at 9:04 PM.
At 4:39 PM Fire Control dispatched, by Alton Fire request, us for a tree down blocking traffic on Red Mill Road. The tree was removed for traffic to resume. We had 3rd Assistant Chief and 6 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 5:33 PM.
At 1:30 PM we were called out to Bueman Road with the caller reporting a lot of smoke in the area. The smoke was coming from a bush pile being burned. Being in Sodus Fire District, our Chief turned the incident over to them. We had our chief and 7 firefighters respond to the call. We were back in service at 2:04 PM.
At 11:71 AM we requested to be on standby during the Barnyard Boggers’ Bog And Grog at Spencer Speedway. We had our 3rd Assistant Chief and 2 members standing by. We were back in service at 5:34 PM.
