08-29-15  Assist Lakeside Ambulance with MVA

At 1:00 PM Lakeside Ambulance, assisting Alton at a 2 vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA), request us to setup a Mercy Flight landing zone at our fire hall. There were 2 victims injured in the accident. One was transport to Strong by Mercy Flight the other to Newark-Wayne Hospital by ambulance. Our response consists of our 4 Chiefs and 5 members. We were back in service at 1:36 PM.

08-28-15  Standby for at Magee FD

At 8:20 AM we were requested to have our Tanker standby at the Magee Fire Department.  We had our 2ndAssistant Chief and 1 firefighter respond to the call. We were back in service at 2:40 PM.

08-26-15  Assist North Rose Ambulance

  At 3:36 PM North Rose Ambulance request us to setup a Mercy Flight landing zone for a critical health patient. Our response consists of 2 Chiefs and 6 members. We were back in service at 4:12 PM.                                        

08-15-15 Hazardous Conditions

At  5:15 AM Fire Control dispatched us to what the caller stated as a power line fell across Ridge Road and was burning. When our Chief arrived on the scene, the fire was out. Our Chief called Fire Control via cell phone and explained the situation. We had our Chief, 1st Assistant Chief and 5 members respond to the call. Were back in service 5:30 AM. 

08-09-15 Assist Alton with MVA

At 1:33 PM Alton request us to assist at a pickup truck verses motorcycle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at the scene and Mercy Flight landing zone. The landing zone operation was canceled. There were 2 victims injured. Our response consists of 3 Chiefs and 15 members. We were back in service at 1:57 PM.

08-07-15 Residential Water Problems

At 10:19 PM we were dispatched to a residence with 14 to 15 inches of water in the basement on Boyd Road. We pumped the water out for them. We had 5 members respond. We were back in service at 10:53 PM.

08-05-15 Assist Sodus Ambulance

 At 7:07 PM Sodus Ambulance request our assistance with our Off-Road Rescue to assist bringing the patient out of the woods to Route 88. We had 2 Chiefs and 6 firefighters answered the call. We were back in service at 7:30 PM.

 08-1-15 Standby for Fireworks

At 8:50 PM we left to standby during a Fireworks display on North Road. We had 2 Chiefs and 6 members standing by. We were back in service at 9:33 PM.

07-31-15 Barn Fire In South Butler Tanker Responds

At 2:02 PM requested by South Butler command request our Tanker-22, non-emergence, to the scene of a barn fire. The fire was on Cotton Road. The fire originally started when an ATV caught fire in the barn, which spread to the rest of the barn. We had our Chief and 2 members respond with our tanker. We were back in service from the call at 4:22 PM.

07/30/15 Gas Leak

At 1:55 PM County Fire Control dispatched us to a reported of an odor of gas on South Geneva Road. We there until RG&E arrived. We had our Chief and 3rd Assistance Chief and 6 members respond the call. We were back in service at 2:22 PM.

07-26-15 Hazardous Conditions

At 2:02 PM Wayne County Sheriff request us to flush glass off the road at Barclay Road and Route 104. We had 3 Chiefs and 8 members respond to the call. Were back in service at 2:18 PM. 

07-22-15 Mutual Aid with Sodus Center for MVA

 At 1:18: PM Sodus Center request us to assist with a motor vehicle accident (MVA) on Sodus Center Road involving 1 vehicle on it’s roof in a ditch. It appeared that vehicle went into the ditch and hit a driveway culver pipe and flipped over. There were 2 serious injuries. We had our 3Assistance Chief and 11 firefighters who made the response. We were back in service at 2:40 PM.

 07-20-15 CO2 Detector Activation

At 10:44 AM we were dispatched for CO2 Detector Activation on Ridge Road.  It was determined that the house was clear of Carbon Monoxide. The detector malfunctioned. We had 2 Chiefs and 9 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 11:01 PM.

07-13-15 AMA with North Rose House Fire

At  8:36 PM we dispatched via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) to a house fire on Main Street in North Rose. Caller stated flames and smoke from the roof of the house. Everyone got out of the house safe. We had our 4 Chiefs and 16 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 11:20 PM.

07-12-15 Hazardous Conditions

At 7:15 PM Fire Control dispatched us to a residence on Kelley Road with smoke alarm in the basement activated. The resident dispatch that it was a faulty trip. Our Chief investigated and confirmed the faulty trip and instruct everyone to stand down. We had 2 Chiefs and 6 members respond to the call. Were back in service at 7:23 9M. 

07-03-15 Standby for Sodus Point Fireworks

We were request by Sodus Point to standby during their Fourth of July Fireworks display 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM. We had our 1st Assistant Chief and 3 members standing by. 

06-23-15 Assist North Rose Garage Fire

At 6:44 PM we were requested to assist North Rose with a garage fire on Lasher Road. Caller stated flames were showing and spreading to the house.  There were no injuries. We had our 4 Chiefs and 17 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 8:38 PM.

06-18-15 FAST to Sodus Center Garage Fire

At 10:15 AM we were dispatched for our Firefighter Assist and Search Team (F.A.S.T.) to a garage full of smoke South Street with Sodus Center. The garage was 4 feet from the house. The fire was detained to the garage. We had 2 Chiefs and 9 members responded to the call. We were back in service at 11:14 AM.

6-16-15 One Vehicle MVA

At 4:36 PM we were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident (MVA) at North Geneva and Christian Holler Road involving one car that had gone off the road. There was a week old baby in the vehicle. We use some hand tools to get a door open to get the baby out. We had our 4 Chiefs and 5 members respond to the incident. We were back in service at 5:20 PM.

06-12-15 Residential Water Problems

At 10:19 PM we were dispatched to a residence with 14 to 15 inches of water in the basement on Boyd Road. We pumped the water out for them. We had 5 members respond. We were back in service at 10:53 PM.

06-05-15   2 Vehicle MVA

At 4:16 PM we were dispatched to a minor 2 vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at Route 104 and South Geneva Road no injuries. We had 2 Chiefs, and 10 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 4:40 PM.

06-01-15 Residential Water Problems

At 2:21 PM we were dispatched to a residence with 12 to 18 inches water in the basement on Boyd Road. We pumped the water out for them. We had our Chief and 6 members respond. We were back in service at 2:57 PM.

05-30-15 Assist Alton with MVA

At 1:43 PM Alton request us to traffic control at Ridge and Boyd Road for a 2 vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). One vehicle hit a utility pole. Caller stated everyone was out of their vehicles. The victims stated they were okay and refuse medic’s attention. Our response consists of 2 Chiefs and 10 members. We were back in service at 2:32 PM.

 05-30-15 Mutual Aid with Sodus for MVA

At 7:14: AM Sodus request us to block off traffic on Route 104 at Maple Avenue while they were working a motor vehicle accident (MVA) at Route 104 and Rotterdam Road involving 2 vehicles. There were no serious injuries. We had 3 Chiefs and 5 firefighters who made the response. We were back in service at 8:16 AM.

04-26-15 Grass Fire

At 11:21 AM we were dispatched to a grass on North Geneva Road during the spring burning ban. A Wayne Sheriff Deputy reported the fire. Owner was advised of the burning ban and extinguished the fire. We had our 3 Chiefs and 3 firefighters make the response. We were back in service at 11:30 AM.

04-23-14 F.A.S.T. Team to North Rose Possible House Fire

At  9:53 AM our Firefighter Assist and Search Team (FAST) was dispatched via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) to a house with an odor of plastic burning. The North Rose Chief canceled our response when he arrived at the scene. We had our 1st Assistant Chief and 8 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 10:06 AM..

04-17-15   2 Vehicle MVA

At 10:34 PM we were dispatched to a 1 vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at Route 104 and South Geneva Road where a vehicle went off the road. There were no injuries. We had 3 Chiefs, and 10 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 10:54 PM.

04-14-15 AMA with Alton for MVA

At 3:53 PM we were called, via Automatic Mutual Aide (AMA), with Alton for one vehicle of the road into utility pole. Caller stated there was 1 victim and was out of the car.  At first the victim stated they were okay and the ambulance left. About an hour later, the ambulance was request back and victim was taken to Newark hospital. Our response consists of 2 Chiefs and 3 members. We were back in service at 4:36 PM.

04-09-15 Standby for Sodus

 At 10:09 PM we were requested to Standby for Sodus while they were out on multiple calls for trees and power lines down on Ridge Road. We had our 2nd Assistant Chief and 7 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 12:07 AM.

03-23-15 Mutual Aide with Sodus for a Structure Fire

At 10:24 AM we were requested to assist Sodus with an electrical fire in the attic on Shaver Street. The fire was extinguished before any major damage was done. We had 2 Chiefs and 13 firefighters respond. We were back in service at 11:07 AM.

03-19-15   2 Vehicle MVA with Alton

At 8:17 AM we were dispatched to assist Alton via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) to a 2 vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at Route 104 and Chaplin Road. There were 2 people with injuries. We had 2 Chiefs, and 6 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 9:11 AM.

03-18-15 Residential Water Problems

At 5:05 PM we were dispatched to a residence with water in the basement approaching the furnace on Boyd Road. We pumped the water out for them. We had our 2nd Assistant Chief and 7 members respond. We were back in service at 5:38 PM.

02-27-15 Mutual Aid with Sodus Point for MVA

 At 1:42 PM we were called to Sodus Point for a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) on Margraretta Road where a vehicle rolled into a tree. We had 1st Assistant Chiefs and 7 firefighters who made the response. We were back in service at 2:43 PM.

 02-20-15 Tractor Trailer Rollover

At 9:24 AM we were called to a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) on Route 104 where a Tractor Trailer truck rolled on its side. We needed to wait until the load of corn was off loaded. Featherly’s up righted the truck and towed it away. Sodus Ambulance took the driver hospital. We had 3 Chiefs and 10 firefighters who respond. We were back in service at 6:15 PM.

02-22-15 Residential Water Problems

At 12:31 AM we were dispatched to a residence with a water line burst on Ridge Road. We shut the water of at the main shutoff.  We had 2 Chiefs 3 members respond. We were back in service at 12:59 AM.

 02-20-15 Log Truck with Trailer Rollover

At 3:30 PM we were called to a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) near Route 104 where a Log Truck with a Trailer rolled on its side. We needed to wait until another truck for that company came to off load the logs. Featherly’s up righted the truck and towed it away. There were no major injuries. We had 2 Chiefs and 16 firefighters who respond. We were back in service at 10:32 PM.

 02-17-15 Assist Sodus Ambulance with lifting

At 10:58 PM Sodus Ambulance request our assistance with lifting a person. We had 3 firefighters answered the call. We were back in service at 11:32 PM.

02-11-15   2 Vehicle MVA

At 6:22 AM we were dispatched to a 2 vehicle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at Route 104 and North Geneva Road. There were no injuries. We had 3 Chiefs, and 6 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 7:25 AM.

02-01-15 MA with Sodus Point House Fire

At 5:12 PM we received a call for Mutual Aid (MA) with Sodus Point to a house fire on Fifth Street. The house was fully involved when Sodus Point arrived. There no one trapped in the house. Responding to the call were 2 Chiefs and 17 members. We were back in service at 7:58 PM.

01-31-15 Hazardous Conditions with Alton

At 1:07 PM Alton request our assistance to a residence on Shaker Road that had a possible odor of gas. We checked the residence with our gas meter and found no sign of gas.  We had 3 Chiefs and 5 members at the call. Were back in service at 1:32 PM

01-19-15 Mutual Aid with Tanker to Fairville for a House Fire

At 8:41 AM Fairvile request our Tanker to a house fire on Lembke Road. Passerby saw flames coming from the house and called it in. It appeared that no one was at home at the time. We had 3Chiefs and 6 firefighters respond. We were back in service at 11:23 AM.

01-18-15 Residential Water Problems

At 8:39 AM we were dispatched to a residence with a broken water line underneath their residence on Ridge Road. We shut the water of at the main shutoff.  We had 8 members respond. We were back in service at 9:14 AM.

01-10-15 ATV Ride Injured in Woods

At 3:51 PM we were dispatched to assist East Williamson with transporting a victim for a wooded area with our Off Road Vehicle. The victim had fallen off a 4-wheeler on the ice. Mercy Flight took the victim to Strong Memorial Hospital. We had 3 Chiefs and 11 members respond to the incident. We were back in service at 4:39 PM.

01-05-15 MA with Sodus Point RV Fire

At 2:29 AM we received a call for Mutual Aid (MA) with Sodus Point to a Recreation Vehicle (RV) fire on Lake Road. There was 1 victim taken to hospitals for smoke inhalation. Responding to the call were our 2 Chiefs and 9 members. We were back in service at 3:13 AM.

12-23-14 MVA Vehicle in the ditch

At 11:57 AM we were dispatched to a car in the ditch accident (MVA) on Ridge Road. There was one victim-transported to Strong Memorial Hospital. We had our Chief, 2nd Assistant Chief and 14 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 1:18 PM.

12-13-14 Assist Sodus Center Ambulance with lifting

At 10:15 PM Sodus Center Ambulance request our assistance with lifting a person that was unconscious. We had our Chief, 3rd Assistance Chief and 12 firefighters answered the call. We were back in service at 8:30 PM.

12-13-14 Hazardous Conditions in Basement

At 8:05 AM Fire Control dispatched us to a house on Boyd Road that the porch roof had collapsed and resident were unable to get out. We removed the roof from the porch so residents were able to use the door. No one was injured in the incident.  We had our 2nd Chief and 10 members at the call. Were back in service at 8:22 AM.

12-07-14 Alton request Mutual Aide with Hazard Condition

At 7:35 AM we were requested by Alton for assistances with CO2 Detector Activation on Ridge Road. The investigation found a problem with the detector. Our 3rd Assistant Chief and 10 firefighters responded from our hall. We were back in service at 8:03 AM.

11-26-14 Alton request Mutual Aide with Hazard Condition

 At 3:12 PM we were requested by Alton for assistances with people in the residence getting sick when furnish is running on Ridge Road. The investigation found a problem with the furnace. RG&E was called to the scene and it was turned over to them on their arrival. Our 2nd Assistant Chief and 6 firefighters responded from our hall. We were back in service at 4:01 PM.

11-21-14 Hazardous Conditions in Basement

At 8:17 PM Fire Control dispatched us to a house on Kelley Road that the resident stated water pipe exploded and hear load noise in the basement. Caller also said steam was coming from furnace but no water. We turn the furnace off and checked everything in the basement and found no other problems and advises resident to call her furnance repair company. We had our 2nd Chief and 11 members at the call. Were back in service at 8:52 PM.

08-04-14 ADT Smoke Detector Activation

 At 3:30AM we were dispatched to a resident for Smoke/Fire Detector Activation on Boyd Road. Our 2nd Assistant Chief found it was a vacant mobile home, and found nothing burning. We had our 2nd Assistant Chief and 4 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 3:45AM

11-13-14 Mutual Aid with Wolcott for a possible Structure Fire

At 7:40 AM we were called to assist Wolcott with a possible structure fire on Catchpole Shore and Lake Bluff Road. The call from came form Bay Bridge (across the Bay from the fire). On arrival, it was found that the owner had two control burns on his property. We had 2 Chiefs and 10 firefighters respond. We were back in service at 8:03 AM.

11-11-14 Grass Fire

At 5:27 PM we were dispatched to a grass on Ridge Road. The fire was extinguished prior to our arrival. We had 2 Chiefs and 15 firefighters make the response. We were back in service at 5:32 PM.

10-29-14 Assist Rural Metro Ambulance with lifting

At 3:23 PM we were called to assist Rural Metro Ambulance with lifting on West Main Street in the village. We had 8 firefighter answered the call. We were back in service at 3:44 PM.

10-29-14 Assist North Rose Shed Fire

At 9:50 PM we were requested to assist North Rose with a shed fire on the Sand Bar off Leroy Island. Caller stated flames were approximately 20 feet high. There was no one at the residence. The only access was by boat. Firefighters were shuttled by North Rose and Sheriff boats. We had 3 Chiefs and 9 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 12:08 PM.

10-27-14 Two Vehicle MVA

At 4:57 PM we were dispatched to a tractor trail verses car motor vehicle accident (MVA) at South Geneva Road and Route 104. There were 2 victims that signed of medical attention. We had 3 Chiefs and 14 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 5:47 PM.

10-26-14 Gas Leak

At 9:45 PM County Fire Control dispatched us to a reported of an odor of gas on Ridge Road. The odor was from the stove that was left on. We had our Chief and 3rd Assistance Chief and 13 members respond the call. We were back in service at 10:08 PM.

 10-26-14 Mutual Aide with Sodus for a Structure Fire

At 6:05 PM we were requested to assist Sodus with an attic fire on Central Avenue. On arrival the fire had been knocked down. We had our 4 Chiefs and 22 firefighters respond. We were back in service at 6:48 PM.

10-26-14 Mutual Aide with Sodus Point for a Tree on Fire

At 9:09 AM we were requested by Sodus Point Fire Department for our Off Road vehicle to a tree on fire threatening a cabin on Emerald Point Road.  We had 3 Chiefs and 10 firefighters make the response. We were back in service at 10:35 AM.

10-08-14 Two Vehicle MVA

At 4:05 PM we were dispatched to a 2-vehicle motor vehicle accident (MVA) at South Geneva Road and Route 104. There were no injuries. We had 3 Chiefs and 9 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 4:38 PM.

09-30-14 Report of Propane Odor

At 1:49 AM County Fire 911 center dispatched us to a reported of an odor of propane gas on Ridge Road. Our Chief reported no gas leak. We had our Chief and 3rd Assistance Chief with 7 members respond the call. We were back in service at 2:12 AM.

09-22-14 AMA with North Rose House Fire

At  4:20 AM we dispatched via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) to a house fire on Brick School House Road in North Rose. Caller stated flames and smoke from the rear of the house. Everyone was out of the house. We had our Chief and 3rd Assistant Chief and 10 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 7:03 AM.

09-13-14 AMA w/ Sodus Point for Fire Alarm Activation

 At 12:03 PM we were dispatched, via Automatic Mutual Aide (AMA), with Sodus Point for smoke/fire detector activation on South Shore Road. It was determined that burnt food activated the alarm. We had our 3 Chiefs and 6 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 12:16 PM.

09-10-14 Mutual Aid with Sodus for MVA

At 1:06 PM Sodus request us to block off traffic on Route 104 at Burlee Road while they were working a motor vehicle accident (MVA) at Route 104 and Ridge Road involving 2 vehicles. There was 1 victim taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. We had 2 Chiefs and 9 firefighters who made the response. We were back in service at 1:56 PM.

08-30-13 Two Vehicle MVA

At 12:10 PM we were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident (MVA) at South Geneva and Route 104 involving a car and motorcycle. There was one seriously injury who was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital by Mercy Flight. We had our 2nd Assistant Chiefs and 8 members respond to the incident. We were back in service at 1:23 PM.

At 1:59 PM we were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident (MVA) on North Geneva Road involving one ATV into a pole. There was one victim with sever head injury. The victim was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital. We had 2 Chiefs and 7 members respond to the incident. We were back in service at 2:44 PM.

08-28-14 Assist Alton w/ a Motor Vehicle/Deer Accident

At 7:57 AM we were dispatched to assist Alton with a Motor Vehicle/Deer Accident on Route 14. The driver had facial cuts from the deer hitting the windshield. The victim was treated at the scene and signed off going to the hospital. We had 2 Assistant Chiefs and 5 firefighters respond. We were back in service at 8:41 AM.

08-24-14 Battalion 3 Search & Rescue Practice

At 7:50 AM we were dispatched to Williamson Town Park for Battlion 3 Search & Rescue practice. A simulated incident where 4 victims were missing. They were last seen around the wooded area of the park. Participating from our department were our 2nd Assistant Chief and 7 firefighters. We were back in service at 12:23 PM.

08-21-14 Standby for Fireworks

 At 8:50 PM we left to standby during a Fireworks display on North Road. We had our 3 Chiefs and 4 members standing by. We were back in service at 9:37 PM.

08-19-14 AMA w/ Sodus for Fire Alarm Activation

At 7:07 AM we were dispatched, via Automatic Mutual Aide (AMA), with Sodus for smoke/fire detector activation on Benton Place. It was determined that there was no fire and will have the detector checked. We had our Chief and 5 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 8:01 AM.

08-09-14 Set up Evacuation Center

 At 4:33 AM Wayne County Sheriff request the use of our fire hall for an evacuation for an incident on Ridge Road. The hall was opened at 4:40. There were 2 Chiefs and 4 members present. We were back in service at 7:30 AM

08-04-14 ADT Smoke Detector Activation

At 8:59 PM we were dispatched to a resident ADT Smoke/Fire Detector Activation on Ridge Road. We checked the house and determined the cause was burnt food. We had our 3rd and 4th Assistant Chief and 10 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 9:12 PM.

08-01-14 AMA with Sodus with a Vent Fire.

At 9:46 AM we were called out with Sodus via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) to a Rotterdam Road form flames coming from a vent. Sodus command request the use of our Thermo-Imaging Camera to check for hot spots. We had 3 chiefs 8 firefighters respond to the call. We were back in service at 10:12 AM.

At 11:40 AM Alton request our assistance to a residence on Ann Lee Drive that had a gas line struck by a contractor.  RG&E called in the incident, and it was turned over to them on their arrival. We had our Chief and 7 members at the call.  Were back in service at 12:31 PM.

07-18-14 Motor Vehicle/Deer Accident

 At 7:48 AM we were dispatched for a Motor Vehicle/Deer Accident on Burlee Road. The driver had facial cuts from the deer hitting the windshield. The victim was taken to Newark Hospital by ambulance. We had our 1st Assistant Chief and 9 firefighters respond. We were back in service at 8:42 AM.

 07-14-14 AMA with Sodus for CO2 Detector Activation

 At 5:10 PM we were dispatched via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) with Sodus for CO2 Detector Activation on Rotterdam Road. Sodus Command instructed us to standby in our hall.  Our 2nd Assistant Chief and 4 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 5:35 PM.

07-11-14 F.A.S.T. Team to South Bulter Possible House Fire

At  10:33 PM our Firefighter Assist and Search Team (FAST) was dispatched via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) to a house with CO2 detector activated and ceiling feels warm with no electrical power.  The South Bulter Chief canceled our response while we in route to the scene. We had our 3rd Assistant Chief and 7 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 11:02 PM.

 07-09-14 F.A.S.T. Team to North Rose House Fire

At  1:03 AM our Firefighter Assist and Search Team (F.A.S.T.) was dispatched via Automatic Mutual Aid (AMA) to a house filled with smoke on Ridge Road in North Rose. On arrival, the North Rose Comment requested our assistance in extinguishing the fire. We had our Chief and 1st Assistant Chief and 9 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 4:21 PM.

07-08-14   3 Hazardous Conditions during 7-8-14 Storm

From 5:49 PM to 10:50 PM Fire Control dispatched us 3 times for trees and / or wires down blocking the road during and after a sever storm passed through the area. There were 2 incidents on Ridge Road and 1 on North Geneva Road. We removed the trees and cable and telephone wires that could from the road, but had to wait for RG&E the electrical wires that were down. We had 3 Chiefs and 17 members covered all the calls.

07-03-14 Standby for Sodus Point Fireworks

We were request by Sodus Point to standby during their Fourth of July Fireworks display 7:00 PM to 11:30 PM. We had our Chief and 5 members standing by. 

07-03-14 AMA w/ Sodus for Fire Alarm Activation

At 5:47 PM we were dispatched via Automatic Mutual Aide (AMA), with Sodus for smoke in the building on Newark Street. It was determined that the smoke was from burnt food. We were put a standby. We had our Chief and 4 firefighters responded to the call. We were back in service at 6:06 PM.

07-01-14 ATV Into A Tree

At 8:02 PM we were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident (MVA) at Route 104 and Barclay Road involving one ATV into a tree. There was one victim with possible fracture leg. We had 2 Chiefs and 13 members respond to the incident. We were back in service at 8:45 PM.
