At 3:15 PM we were requested to assist ambulance crew moving a person from their residence to the ambulance on Ridge Road. We had 2 Chiefs and 6 firefighters who assisted. We were back in service at 4:02 PM.
At 5:52 AM we were dispatched to Burlee and Ridge Road where a person on a bicycle was struck by a vehicle. The victim was not injured and rode away. We had our 3rd Assist. Chief and 7 firefighters who made the response. We were back in service at 6:11 AM.
At 15:14 PM we were dispatched to a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at Route 104 and South Geneva Road. Medical personnel checked 2 victims, no serious injuries. We had our 2 Chiefs, and 9 members respond. We were back in service at 3:44 PM.
At 3:29 PM we were dispatched to assist Sodus Point on Lake Road with a possible odor of gas. We had 4 members at the call. Were back in service at 3:38 PM
At 7:29 PM we were dispatched to a 2 car Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) at Route 104 and Ridge Road. One person was taken by ambulance to the hospital. We had 2 Chiefs and 7 members respond to assist. We were back in service at 7:53 PM.
At 7:22 PM we received a call for Mutual Aid (MA) with Sodus Point to a docked boat on fire on Greg Street. There was no one near the boat at the time or any injuries reported. Responding to the call was our Chief and 11 members. We were back in service at 8:34 PM.
05-29-17 Assist North Rose Garage Fire
At 12:12 PM we were requested to assist North Rose with a garage fire on Anchors Way. Caller stated that it was fully involved. There was no one in the garage or injured. We had 3 Chiefs and 12 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 13:10 PM.
At 2:24 PM we were dispatched for Mutual Aide to Alton for a 2-vehicle motor vehicle accident (MVA) on Ridge Road and Shaker Road. Our response was canceled after the location of the MVA was reported to be at Lake Bluff Road and Ridge Road in North Rose district. We had our Chief and 7 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 2:26 PM.
At 11:28 AM Fire Control dispatched us for a limb being cut fell on a lead wire to the resident and was on the road on Maxwell Road. We kept the area clear until RG&E arrived. We had 2 Chiefs and 5 members respond to the call. We were back in service at 12:22 PM.
At 5:00 PM Fire Control put out the County Emergency plan in effect where all county emergency services should standby in their base to respond to situations occurring during the high wind storm. We did not have any issues to respond to during this time. We had 3 Chiefs and 14 members on standby. We were back in service at 7:03 PM.
