Wallington Takes First in Clyde Parade 8-14-10
Wallington Marched strong in Clyde Saturday night and brought home First Place in 7-14 men in line. Great job .

Sodus Point  F.D. 100th Anniversary Parade and Festivities 8-7-10
Over the last month the Sodus Point F.D has been having all sort of competitions  Water ball , Sink a Boat ,  Fire fighters Challenge just to name a few. Wallington came home with 7 Awards from all the different events that took place. Here they are in no particular order.

• Water Ball — First Place
• Sink-a-Boat- Second Place , and Third Place
• Firefighters Challenge and Bucket Brigade Competition — First Place , and Third Place

• Best Appearing Dept Over All  — First Place
• Best Appearing Dept 16 and Over– First Place

Wallington Takes 5 awards at Sodus Parade 6-11-10

As in years past , Wallington has its strongest showing of the year at the Sodus Fireman’s Parade. Taking home 5 First Place finishes. They are —

• 1st Place – Best Appearing Department over all.
• 1st Place – Best Appearing Department 21 and over in line.
• 1st Place – Best Appearing Engine (E-39 , E-40 )
• 1st Place – Best Appearing Rescue ( R-32 )
• 1st Place – Best Appearing Tanker (TA-22)

Great job by all the members for getting trucks ready for the parade and also participating in it as well. Thank you.

Wallington Marches in First Parade of Season In Fairville
5-21-10
The Wallington Engine Company went to Fairville Friday night with 17 Members , Chief Car 24-1 , Rescue-32 and Engine-40 and brought home First Place in the category of 16-25 men in line. Great first showing of the year.
